Upcoming Payments is not subtracting commission!!

For example, a user sold 3 gig at $5. I have my commission set to take out 20%.

So the user is due $12, after commission is taken out. But when the seller goes to balance?tab=sales , the Upcoming Payments says: $15

That's a pretty big problem, because users will think they are owed that much, and expect that much. And when they don't get that much, they'll complain.

Is there a fix?

There is no such issues on the default script.

You can create a helpdesk ticket and support can help you check what is causing your problem.

SOLVED!

It was because in the database, under posts I believe, the ctp fields were blank. I needed to fill in the commission. For example if the gig price was $10, and I want to take 20% commission, I would put 2.00 in the ctp field for that gig. So that out of $10 it would take out $2 for me.

If anyone else is switching over to Fiverrscript from another script or a custom script, you may encounter this issue, and this will help.
