upload stopped working

Hello,

Was working great not a user cannot uplaod. I have tried and I get no errors. The 2 files are set still for 777

just to make better sense.

I tried to upload and it looks like it is uploading, I get no errors. The page should say+ your in moderation or something like that. It doesnt go to that page and in admin i dont see any images waiting for mod

How did you Figure it out , I have the same Problem with Conversation file upload and order file upload.??
