captcha text not showing

I just moved from shared hosting to a VPS.

Everything went fine except that sometimes, the captcha text does not show (the background of the captcha does show but not the text).

I will need to refresh the page for the captcha text come back. This happens to both comment captcha and submit captcha. This happens randomly.

Anyone have an idea what is causing the problem?

Ok no one seems to be replying..

Well, i'll update you guys on what I've done so far.

I'm still having the same problem, however I've created a Javascript "Reload" button, next to the captcha, so that a user can click on reload, to refresh and load a new captcha. This is not a fix but it will do until I can find the solution.

Any ideas on what could be causing the captcha code to not be seen are welcome.

If it only happened after you moved from one server to another then that indicates it is a problem with your server not being setup correctly.
